About
Abiding Inner Work, Counseling & Consulting
Many of the clients who come to Abiding Inner Work Counseling & Consulting have spent years trying to hold everything together while quietly carrying overwhelming stress, grief, trauma, or the exhaustion that comes from caring for others. They often feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or relationship struggles, despite doing everything they can to heal. At Abiding Inner Work, the goal is to provide a space where people feel genuinely understood, emotionally safe, and supported as we work together to uncover the deeper experiences shaping their lives. Together, we heal old wounds, deepen relationships, and build lives rooted in hope, authenticity, and resilience.
Our therapist specializes in helping neurodiverse individuals, with or without a formal diagnosis, heal from attachment wounds, anxiety, grief, trauma, and complex trauma, using neuro-affirming, evidence-based therapies. She has helped others in a variety of roles including individual counseling, school counseling, special education, and play therapy for over 20 years.
Symptoms often make sense in the context of life experiences. Here, clients understand how trauma, attachment wounds, sensory overload, and chronic stress affect the nervous system, emotions, beliefs, and behaviors. It is a privilege to walk alongside people as they heal and build the lives they've been wanting.
